Return Policy

According to our laws : art.7 of D.Lgs 06/09/2005, n. 206 "Codice del consumo" and art.64 of law n.229 - 29/07/2003 and following modifications D.Lgs 21/2014, To return an item, contact us within 14 days after the delivery and we'll take appropriate action to replace, exchange the product, or provide a refund. Please return item in its original carton, with original receipt in good condition within 30 days of receipt. Please provide the reason for your disatisfaction, so we can make efforts to correct the matter and hopefully, earn your business in the future.

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped locally (ITaly) via Local Carrier (Poste Italiane/TNT/DHL/Multichannel Gateways) with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Outside Italy and abroad we prefer to use carrier (a cheaper one but it belongs to Gruppo Poste Italiane).

Orders are shipped in order received. We strive to ship in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary. Priority or rush shipments received after 1pm EST will be shipped next business day.
Additional Fees may apply for "Value Added Services", Saturday pickup and delivery, next day air, address correction and other specialty services. Insurance for contents is responsibility of shipper.

Please provide accurate information and/or confirm shipping information at the time of order to avoid additional shipping/freight charges.
Sales Tax will be collected where applicable based on state law. Sales tax exemptions (within 5 years of present date) will be allowed if we have a valid and signed certificate on file.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

In addiction to that, we prefer not to deliver up to 30Kg of weight and up to 60x60x60 cm. of package due to very high costs and fees.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Freight Damages (Truck Shipments): Freight is responsible for safe and and complete delivery. In the event of merchandise damages on truck shipments: DO NOT SIGN FOR OR ACCEPT MERCHANDISE OR UNTIL DRIVER ACKNOWLEDGES THE DAMAGES IN WRITING INCLUDING DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE.

Back Orders: BeeItaly Honey Farm will contact customer as soon as possible in the event an item is on back order. When back-ordered items arrive into stock, they will receive first priority handling.

Publishing Errors: We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors that may appear in Apple Blossom Honey Farms product advertising. We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to fluctuating market conditions, product discontinuations or product typographical or photographic errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
